The New Brighton Residents Association is a 65,000 sq. ft building and is a not-for-profit organization. Established in 2002 with amenities, facility, and programs for residents and non-residents to enjoy. Many birthday parties, weddings, meetings, family gatherings are hosted here. The facilities can be rented at an hourly rate for private indoor functions. Renting for public events are not permitted. A wide variety of rooms are always available for rent such as Banquet Room, Studio Room, and Board Room.
