Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of a rental must be done in writing or emailed to rentals@nbra.ca, a $15.75 administration fee will be applied for any cheque refunds.
75% Refund - If the rental is cancelled more than 3 months prior to the rental date.
50% Refund - If the rental is cancelled between 1-3 months prior to the rental date.
No Refund - If the rental is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the rental date.

Refunds may be issued in the form of an account credit to use towards a future rental or via direct deposit. All refunds issued via direct deposit are subject to a $15.75 administration fee.
