The New Brighton Community Cleanup is back in 2025. Save a trip to the landfill and bring any items that don't fit in your black bins to Shepard Community Hall for easy disposal.
This service is free of charge to all Calgarians.
Items that are accepted:
- All standard city of Calgary waste items
- Charity donation items
- Tires
- Car batteries
- Bicycles
- Metals/Electronics
- Confidential Shredding
- Recycle Me "Free" Store
- Cadets Bottle Drive

Items that are not accepted:
- Household chemicals
- Glass/Paint
- Propane/Helium tanks
