Yin Yoga - Spring Session 2

This calming and restorative Yin Yoga class is designed to promote deep relaxation and mindfulness. In this practice, yogis will hold gentle poses for longer durations, allowing the body to unwind and release tension stored in the connective tissues. This program is suitable for all levels, whether a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. No prior experience in yoga is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and any props you may need for support (blocks, bolsters, etc.). Residents: $100/Non-Residents: $115 Please bring your own water bottle and mat
